DAMECORE got to showcase its first collection at the Osprey Women’s Summit, an organization committed to empowering women, where it stood alongside initiatives led by trailblazing female athletes, including basketball legend Sheryl Swoops. By merging strength with elegance, the collection became a celebration of individuality, confidence, and the unapologetic power of women in basketball.

I reworked vintage basketball shorts into bold, feminine statement pieces. Guided by my values in sustainability, I transformed these garments through the addition of lace trims and gem embellishments. This approach not only gave new life to existing materials but also challenged traditional notions of femininity in sportswear.
